April Fools Day!!

I tell ya Porter loves that soccer ball. Here he is again with it. Ok so today is April Fools Day. And I'm not really big on pranks or anything like that but I do like to have a little fun. So tonight for dinner we had cupcakes and ice cream, it was really meatloaf with colored mashed potatoes on it and mashed potatoes and gravy. They really fell for it too. Even Robbie was like wow, what a fun dinner cupcakes and you got butterscotch sauce. Then they tasted it and they knew. But they still ate it.

For dessert, we had sushi and mashed potatoes (which was really rice crispies with gummy worms wrapped in fruit roll ups, and ice cream and Carmel sauce. I told Kylie it was sushi and it had fish in it. So she was nervous and she timidly took a bite and then she said Hey this is gummies!!! It's not fish.

Robbie went and got the chopsticks out and pretend that it was sushi. It was a fun dinner.

Here is Porter when we put his in front of him. I swear he thought it was the real thing. He was like WOO HOO, it's my birthday all over again.

Then I cut it up for him and he dug in. He knew it wasn't a treat but he still ate it.
