Halloween and my birthday

I have been really busy and I keep thinking it's going to slow down but it doesn't. I was going to blog every day in Oct but that didn't happen and I'm supposed to take 1 picture a day for a year to document my 32 year but I don't think I took one yesterday so I'm already off on that one.
Anyway this is the rest of Oct.
I made hockey sticks and pucks for the kids hockey coaches as thank you gifts.
We had some friends who we haven't seen in over a year come and sleep over. we had pumpkin pizzas and frosted pumpkin cookies and watched a movie.

The kids had a ball and really enjoyed it. The next day we went to hockey and then the park.

Kylie in her hockey uniform, she won't smile. She likes the ice skating but not the gear so maybe we'll try to get her ice skating lessons.

Here is Elijah, he loves it so much. He told me I want to play hockey forever. But Robbie won't let me put him in it. They had a program that was only 80.00 for two months and gear was 25.00 and he wouldn't do it. I'm kinda mad at him about that. So now Elijah isn't doing anything.

Then I went to a hockey game with Jen, but I didn't take pictures with my camera since the batteries died, she said she would get me the copies of the ones we took with hers. We were on the 3rd row and it was awesome!!
The week of Halloween we had a crazy week but I didn't take a lot of pictures because I hate my camera and it never works. This was at Robbie's work we went there for trick or treating.

Then on Halloween we went to the trunk or treat at the church.

Me and the kids. This was right before my party and I was very nervous and stressed out, can you tell?
Ok now I am so blessed with one of the best people in the world, ok two of the best people, my husband who is so patient with me and knows how stressed out I get with parties and he doesn't get mad at me when I am short with him and he just does whatever I ask him to do. And my friend Jen. I love her so much. Ok so I hurt my hand on Thursday and I couldn't use my thumb so I couldn't do a lot of stuff. Jen came and slept over on Friday and helped decorate cupcakes and make eyeballs and chili and decorate my cake. I don't know what I would have done with out her. She decorated the back yard and got everything set up. I'm so grateful to her. I don't think she has any idea how much I appreciate her.
Ghost cupcakes
oreo eyeballs

Spiderweb cupcakes and witches hats.

Our dessert table, seriously isn't it awesome, she is so much better than me at decorating and she did all the piping and cutting out.
We had stations for the kids to go and do stuff, which didn't really work out well but oh well. This was the tombstone walk (cake walk)
then we had a craft table, pumpkin lanterns and ghost suckers.
We had the monster mash, (like freeze dancing)
My putrid punch, which was awesome except the worms clogged up the fountain.
Thank you so much everyone for bringing food and letting us use your tables and chairs and coolers and everything. I'm so grateful for all the help. It made for an amazing party. With all that was going on we forgot presents so I opened them after everyone left.
Me and my kids, we all were tired can you tell?

Mia crashed during the party.
Elijah got me a key chain with a screen that you can put pictures on it.
Robbie got me a camera, since Cara Mia broke ours and we have been using this really old one that the screen is broken and batteries run out every second. It's not an SLR but it's really nice and it will be awesome.

Robbie's cousin and her husband and their baby came to visit right as it was ending, it was so fun to see them. They had the cutest costumes, Olivia was the girl from Charlie and the chocolate factory who turns blue, and her husband Rusty was Willy Wonka her little boy was a ompalumpa.
Elijah and Brayden hanging out.
We were all so tired we all (even Robbie and me) fell asleep on the couches. We had a busy day and it wore everyone out.

Mia ended up waking up and wanted to say hi.
Porter woke up too and wanted to say happy birthday to me. (oh and get a drink)

Looks like you had fun! I'm sad I missed it. i just couldn't face expending anymore energy for the day. The trick-or-treaters are lucky I answered the door! Happy late birthday!
