New Car

Today Robbie and I took all 5 kids car shopping. It was an experience to say the least. Robbie was out last night until like 9pm. We went to the Toyota dealer, who were not accommodating at all, they just kept us sitting out in the waiting room forever. And they wouldn't budge on the price. So we left and went to the Honda Dealer who was so much better. They gave us more for our trade in than we were expecting and they gave us a good deal on the pilot. We were there for about 4 hours which with 5 kids was really hard and Porter and Cambridge were so tired so Cambridge cried a lot and Porter was just hard. But we got through it and now have a nice car which is reliable and can fit more people, not more stuff but more people.

It's black and it reminds me of my black truck I had before I had kids, so it's my little black mommy truck.

The color is Black Pearl, (we were going to name the SUV Black Beauty) but once Robbie found out the name he was like should we call her The Black Pearl and I was like I totally love it!!! That's perfect. So now I have The Black Pearl to drive around.

We didn't have a car payment before and now we do, so we will have to cut WAY back on stuff. No more going out to eat, I'll have to cut way back on my crafting and buying the kids stuff. But it's worth it to have peace of mind when it comes to driving around and not worrying all the time about the car breaking down.
