Mc Teacher night and Scrapbooking

Wednesday was Mc Teacher night at Mc Donalds and they were donating some of the proceeds to Legacy and the kids wanted to go so we went.
Here is my sweet Porter waiting for Robbie to get there and meet us. I was not braving that by myself.

We got our food to go and then the meltdowns started. Cara Mia literally threw herself on the ground throwing a tantrum. I was like never again are we going to Mc Donalds. They wanted to stay and there was no where for us to sit and it was insane so we were not staying. Here the boys are happy boys.....

Bawling crying girls. Kylie hid from the camera because she didn't want it documented that she was throwing a fit. Hello people we live 5 mins from Mc Donalds.

Then on the way home we realized that we had our Temple recommend interviews in like 10 mins so we just ate in the church lobby. Here the boys are after they ate dinner.

Here the girls are after they ate..... a lot better.

But can I tell you Mc Donalds looks so good on tv and I haven't been there in almost a year so I was anticipating hot greasy salty french fries. Well I ordered a combo and guess what no fries!!!! But I wasn't going back there. So I ate my chicken sandwich and by the time I got home from the Church I was starving!!! So all those calories and I still was hungry, Robbie came home and ate cookies too. I didn't eat cookies I ate chips....(such a better food choice huh??? I figured if I already blew the day I might as well enjoy the rest of it.)

Today (Thursday) is a crazy day for our family. I pick up Kylie at 3:15pm and we get home at 3:30pm and she has to have her homework done and get ready for dance all by 4:30pm. So Robbie is home before we get back and this is what I walked in to. He was cooking tortillas for dinner. First thing he did was grab Porter from me and keep cooking. I was like wow I have to take a picture of this. I don't think many husbands would cook dinner and hold a baby. I'm a lucky girl.

Please excuse the messy cupboards. I didn't realize they were open when I took the picture.

So this is what I did in my free time today. I don't know why some of them are sideways, they weren't on my computer and I don't know how to change them so let's just go with it. This is the Crush line from Teresa Collins (one of my favorite designers).

oh this is so cool, she has you cut your transparency and make a pocket with a tag in it. You are suppose to journal on it but I put pictures on it.

this page was cool because it had the mini file folder on it and I couldn't fit this pic anywhere so I cut it down and put one half on one side and the other on the other side. Even Robbie noticed and thought it was cool.

I'm so happy to have my pics that my friend Shannon took for me scrapbooked. That's why I love mini albums because instead of having to scrapbook every pic ever takens I just break it down into mini albums and it's less overwelming. Ok sorry if I'm rambling.....it's late and I can't even spell anymore. Good night!!!
