Science Center

This is from a couple of weeks ago when we went to the science center. They had a house exhibit where you learned how they built a house. This was on leveling. Then they did circuits.

Porter was like don't leave me out.

Finally buttons I can push!!!! He loves buttons.

They had a house and a garden.

I loved this one, it had words written in different colors and you were supposed to say what they said not the color they were it was hard.

Porter loved this one, it was about air and some other stuff I can't remember right now. but you were supposed to put the ball on the colum of air and then stop the air to see the ball fall.

This one was about centrifugal force and spinning around.

We told him to put his arm and leg out to see if it was harder that way.

the kids learning about weights and if it goes faster if the weights are in the middle or on the outside. I don't think we did it right, they took it as a race and tried to help them down the track.

Finally we got to the lego section. It was awesome, this one was a huge knight built out of legos. Kylie was being a pill so she wouldn't turn around for the pic.

Now this was awesome it was a dragon and treasure chest and a baby dragon.

They had super big legos and they had a slide built out of them. The kids love them.

Porter didn't want to go down face forward. He liked going down backward better.

Then they had a lego station where the kids could play with legos.

Porter liked pulling the Lego's out and giving them to the kids.

Another lady was taking pictures of her kid and Porter saw the flash, he turned to her and smiled. So she could take his pic too.

They had a US Airways plane exhibit the kids loved pretending they were on a plane.

Then there was this light exhibit. It was a white screen where light came down and acted like sand you could catch it in your shadow's arms. The kids loved this.

It was fun to go and have the kids get to interact, the last time we were there they were a lot younger. And it was fun to go with Jen too.
