Day in town

So I didn't blog again yesterday but I was so busy we left the house at 8:20am and didn't get home until 5:30. I was so tired when we got home that I had no energy left to do anything, make dinner, clean the house, anything, I must have worn the kids out too, because Porter went down right when we got home and I found Mia upstairs asleep on the floor. It was a long day for all of us.
1st we went to target because I needed superglue and these hanger things and I heard they had Halloween scrapbook stuff in their dollar section ( I didn't find any :(, oh well) I did find 2 pairs of jeans for me for 13.00 each and a cute sweater for 5.00 I got Kylie and Elijah Halloween shirts (Porter has Elijah's old one and Cara Mia has 2 already)
Then we went to JoAnns to get blades for my trimmer, I have a really old one and Walmart doesn't have the blades for it so I was going to buy me a new one but I found blades at JoAnns, 4.99 is a lot better than 20.00 for a new trimmer.
Then we went to Toys R Us. I didn't really want to take my kids since I was getting Christmas presents for Mia but I really didn't have a choice. I got a coupon for 10.00 off of Snow White and Toys R Us had a special if you spent 25.00 on princess stuff you got a free Snow White baking set. So the movie was 10.00 I got Mia a Sleeping Beauty doll to make up the difference and a Blues Clues video (she loves blues clues and it's not on Nic anymore) and I preordered Tinkerbell so I could get the free scrapbook that comes with it. all of that was 39.00 not too bad and it's pretty much all she's getting. So Mia is done!!!!
But I have to find something for Santa to give her since they saw me buy all of that. and they have good memories.
After that we went and visited my friend Julie who lives far far away, she had cute little treat bags for the kids and she got me Letter cookie cutters, so now I have all the letters and the numbers (thanks Julie). We hung out and visited for a while then I went to my friend Jen's house, she had the dish guy coming and they said hey anytime between 12-5pm (um hello she has a job) so we went over there to be there for him, while we were there we helped organize her scrapbook room, we just got it started but hey we got rid of some boxes and some stuff is out for her to use.
After that we went to the $1.00 store, I wanted to see if they had stuff to put in my apothecary jars and hurricanes for fall, they did but it was lame and not worth it, also I was looking for construction paper for mutual tonight but they didn't have any, so we didn't buy anything.
Then we drove home, I was so tired when we got here I just sat and didn't do anything, I did end up going on my walk so I was somewhat constructive.
Today is my day to clean and boy does it need it.
