School Starts

School has started here in the Nolan family. Kylie started back in Aug and Elijah started last week. They are both doing well and enjoying it. Kylie is in 1st grade and Elijah is in his last year of preschool.
Things have been so crazy here we are still putting in our floor. Robbie is almost done it looks so awsome!!! And our little escort has been having some problems first a flat tire and the air went out about a year ago and the window is stuck in the down postion then something with the timing belt. So Robbie has decided to fix everything. Last week we were down to one car which would have been fine during the summer but I have to drive Kylie and Elijah to school. So last week I begged rides off some wonderful ladies (which I so appreciate) and this monday he stayed home from work to finish it but it still isn't done so he took the van today and I had to ask my friend to take Kylie and Elijah to school. Hopefully he will have it done tonight. So things have been busy to say the least.

Also we had Kylie's birthday party she turned 6 this year. We celebrated at Build A Bear with a few close friends and then on her birthday which also was the first day of school we went out to dinner as a family with Grandpa Bob.

Elijah also finished up his hockey he was alway so scared before but after he loved it. I tried to explain to him that everyone gets nervous and it's normal and it's ok. We were there getting ready for practice and he was crying and saying he didn't want to do it. I told him to suck it up and he was going to finish what he started. One of the other dads sitting there said that he wishes he could talk to his son like that but his wife would get mad. I thought it was funny because I said it and I am the mom. Robbie said oh don't turn into one of those parents and I said I am one of those parents.

On the last day they had Rockey there and Howler they are the mascots from the Roadrunners and the Coyotes. And Howler skated with Elijah and he got his picture taken with both of them but of course it didnt' turn out very well. But it was a fun experience for him. I think we will put him back in Hockey in Jan when he gets done with soccer we don't want to over wellm him with too many sports.

Cute Tiffany! You are a busy gal. I wish I would have made it to craft group last night! I had totally forgotten about the paint you could have kept it forever and I would have never known. :o)

You are looking fabulous! I love your hair and am so impressed with how much weight you have lost...you'll have to share your secrets one day on your blog so we can all benefit from it. :o)
