Pumpkin Carving

Last night for Family Home Evening we carved pumpkins. We only bought two of them and figured we could share.

Kylie really got into it. I'm so proud of that little girl and how she isn't afraid to do anything. She didn't mind digging it out or anything. She loved all the guts.

Cara Mia was completely disgusted by it all. She was having no part of it. I don't blame her I don't like carving pumpkins either.

Elijah was a little squeamish about it first but he dove in after a while.

Robbie carved one of the pumpkins to look like Jack the Pumpkin king (from Nightmare before Christmas) He loves that movie and I can't stand it.

We still haven't carved the other one yet. Robbie is helping one of his friends move tonight, and I told the kids they could do it tonight so we might do it without him.
