Mother's day and Teacher Appreciation week

So this week has been crazy!!! It's teacher appreciation week, mother's day week, we have 2 soccer games and I took Cara Mia to the dr., oh and Cinco de mayo.
So I thought Cara Mia had a UTI because she has been having accidents again, she even had one at church and her poor nursery leader had to clean it up. So we take her in and nope she doesn't and she hasn't had an accident since. I do not know how her brain works. We have taken her in 3 times for UTI's since her deflux surgery and she has not had one, but she has accidents, then as soon as we take her to the dr she stops doing it.
Anyway, and it's teacher appreciation this week. I totally admire teachers and appreciate all the time and effort they put into the job, I did sign up to be on the teacher appreciation committee and nobody has contacted me so I just figured I would do my own thing. So I made these cards for the teachers, I cut out all the pieces for the apples and It was such a pain. I so wish I had a pazzels, but it was fun. I'm just not that into paper piecing.
Then I covered some baby formula cans with paper and decorated them and I made Oreo truffles, I covered them with white chocolate colored red and I tried to get them to look like apples but they didn't, they looked like little blobs of red. So I didn't even take pictures of them. Then I made these apple cards, which I cut out all the pieces for them too. I bought some note books and I'm going to give them the note books with the apple cards.

And it's mother's day on Sunday, so I wanted to make some Mother's day gifts. Here is how they turned out. I was going to put them in a frame but I saw these wooden boards and I liked them better.
Here is the card I made this year. I thought it was a cute and fun idea. I don't know if I like the black ribbon but I couldn't decide on another color.

This is what I made for my grandma for Mother's day. It's a magnet canvas and it has a pocket in the front so you can change out the pictures. I haven't gotten it in the mail yet so I don't think she will get it in time but I love you Nana!!!
Also Elijah and Cara Mia are graduating from Preschool at the end of the month, so I had to make their announcements too. Yep, Cara Mia is graduating too, her teacher is retiring and we are trying to save money so I'm just going to teach her at home, Melinda will you write my lesson schedule for me????? Just kidding, I need to get on the ball with that, I know.
So here is Elijah's,
I don't really like it but he wanted it to be out of this world and have a rocket on it, and I figured it's more about what he wants than what I want, so here you go my boy.
This is Cara Mia's, I did let her pick the picture she wanted and hey she likes anything pink so she liked hers this way.
Oh and it was Cinco de Mayo, and I love Mexican food, so I tried to make Abuelo's salsa, it uses roasted tomatoes and chilies and it turned out pretty good, not the same but pretty good. I usually make my knock off of Chili's salsa but I might start making this one too.
Oh and the kids had a soccer game tonight so I have been crazy this week, but now I'm done with everything and can finally relax and hang out.

You are the busiest woman ever! Everything you made looks really cute. I really like both of the graduation announcements. Where do you find the time?
