Cara Mia's first day of Preschool!!

Today was Cara Mia's first day of preschool. She has been asking for about 6 months when she gets to go to school and today was the day. She was so excited to go, but I don't think she had any idea about what school was. She just knows Elijah goes and Kylie goes so she wants to go too.

This was her this morning getting ready to go.

They said she was very quiet and didn't talk very much. But I asked her what she learned and she pointed to the letter M and the letter I and said that she learned about them. And when I looked at the paper that her teacher sent home it said that they reviewed the alphabet from A-M so she is picking it up. She also said that they sang songs and read books. So it seemed like she really enjoyed herself.

Today was crazy. I took Cara Mia to preschool at 8:45am well we were late because Porter pooped right when we were leaving so we left at 8:56 and got there about 9:10 instead of 9:00.

Then I had to go and drop off Elijah at his friends house and pick up our friends son and take him and Kylie to 1st grade. Then drive to Cara Mia's preschool and I sat there for 30 mins and wrote Thank you notes for all the birthdays and Christmas presents. Then I grabbed Cara Mia and we went and met Robbie for lunch. We used one of our gift cards to go to Chili's. Then I took Porter and Cara Mia to the dr. for their check ups. We got there about 12:30 and didn't get out until 2pm which was as late as I could get out since I have to get Elijah at 3pm and Kylie at 3:15.

Well Cara Mia has another UTI and Porter has a ear infection. The dr said they are sick for their well check ups. And she's like they are 2 for 2 and I said well good thing the other 2 aren't here.

So they are both on antibiotics. They both passed out on the way home from the dr. They were so tired. So we had an eventful day to say the least. I left the house at 10 am and didn't get home until 3:30 and I didn't get any of the running around that I needed to get done. So I might have to go back into town later this week.

My friend Shannon Williams is taking our families pictures this weekend and I want them to be edgy and like magazine pictures so she said to wear lots of layers and textures so I was going to go to Savers and get some sweaters and stuff to wear in the pictures but I didn't have a chance and I need to get Kylie some dance stuff for her dance class on Thurs too. I hope I have a chance to get it done.
