What I'm up to now.

So now that the holidays and birthday's are over. I must have something to do I can't just sit around and not do anything all day. (roll eyes here) Well last week I did have 2 days where I did that I was so worn out.

But now I want to redo the bathroom upstairs.

My grandma found this in the paper and she said it reminded her of me, and it is so true.

It is green with frogs (of course what else would you expect) and I want to paint it brown (like the rest of the house) and turn it into a western bathroom like this.

So if you see something out there that is western (not southwestern) let me know because I'm looking.

I also want to move Cara Mia to Porter's room and Porter to Elijah's room. And I want to do Cara Mia's room pink and brown. So if you have any good ideas for that let me know (Kelsey that means you!!!)

And the double bed in Porter's room downstairs to the scrapbook room so people actually have a place to sleep when they come over. Lately they have had to sleep in Porter's room and he sleeps in our room in a pack and play. But this way they will have their own bathroom and own space.

Also we still need to finish painting the living room downstairs. We only have a wall and a half to go, but with the holidays and everything we just haven't had the time.

This last week Kylie started dance class, I put her in a jazz/hip hop class which she really seems to enjoy. Cara Mia starts hers this week, it's a ballet/tumbling class. She is so excited and has been asking for weeks when her class starts.

We also got our family pictures taken on Sat. I will post them when I get them. I'm so excited. It was so much fun. Thanks again Shannon!!!

I went to Saver's to get clothes for the photo shoot and her is my list of what I got for $40.00!!!
2 shirts for Robbie, 2 sweaters for me, a whole outfit for Porter, a sweater for Kylie, a sweater for Cara Mia, 2 pairs of church shoes for Kylie and a dance outfit for Kylie, and a skirt for me, and a shirt for Elijah.
Can you believe that??? I sure can't. They had these awesome boots for me but they were $12.00 and that seemed like a little bit much so I didn't get them but I sure wish I would have.

Today Kylie is doing her poem in 1st grade. So the kids (yes they are actually letting them come) and I are going to watch her do it. I will add a picture when I get one. Well I missed her doing it. I got there are 2:17 and they started at 2:15. But they let her do it again once I got there but she was very quiet and had her hands in her mouth the whole time. They said she did it better the 1st time, that I made her nervous. So I didn't get a picture.

Oh we got Robbie's sunglasses in the mail. Here he is,

He also fixed the window in the Escort so now it has air conditioning and the window is fixed. He also fixed the timing belt. We are hoping it lasts a couple more years but it's got 117,000 on it so who knows. Now the van is leaking oil and running hot and the ice maker in the fridge is broken. I swear if it's not one thing it's another. But I'm so grateful that he knows how to fix things and if he doesn't he plays around with it until he figures it out. I am married to the most wonderful man. I don't know why he got stuck with me but I'm so glad he did!!!

Oh and my ring came too. I was like maybe I should just put it on and wear it, after all it is mine, but then I was like maybe I should let Robbie give it to me. Well it has been over a week now and I still don't have it. I'm about ready to take it back and just wear it!!!!!
