Elijah is doing so much better than last season. He can dribble the ball and he controls it pretty well. He's not scared to get in there and get the ball. I'm so very proud of him.
Robbie has been working with him a lot in the back yard too.

Ok, so Robbie went away this weekend with the scouts so I had to take the kids to an 8:30 game all by myself. We did make it there on time and in our uniforms so that was good. And I didn't forget the water so we were ok. Here are Elijah and his friend Micah, they are some of the craziest boys I know but they are really good friends and love to play together. This time soccer is a lot more fun (for me) since I know almost everyone on the team and I have a bunch of friends to talk to. Instead of sitting there by myself not talking to anyone. I think we will have a good season.
Kylie pretty much stayed out of the front lines, she followed around at the rear of the pack. She did start to get into it at the end.
Now Elijah he dribbled the ball all the way across the field. In front of the pack. That is a complete difference from the start of last season when we had to keep reminding him not to pick up the ball. I really think we have found his sport. He loves it.

cute pictures. Atleast Kylie isn't out in the field dancing. That's what my Aubrey did the WHOLE ONE season she played!
She told me she wouldn't play again, because she got hit too often!! "It's a dangerous sport"!!
